Marshall Cromer, East Bay Clarklift, Inc. d/b/a Cromer Material Handling – Discrimination

On December 5, 2018, Devin Coyle and David Browne filed a lawsuit against Marshall Cromer and his company East Bay Clarklift, Inc. d/b/a Cromer Material Handling alleging racial harassment, race discrimination and sex discrimination. This marked the second time in just five years that we represented a client alleging race discrimination and harassment by these defendants.

Allegations in Cromer I, filed December 12, 2013 in California Superior Court, Alameda County, RG13706660:

Marshall Cromer relentlessly used the n-word in our client’s presence, persistently referred to him as a “halfie” because he was half black, and told him that if he did not start closing more sales he would have the KKK hang him from a pole.
